Return & Refund Policy

At Huvono, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer a simple returns procedure in accordance with our policy outlined below.
1. Return conditions
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
2. Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalised or custom-made products
3. Restocking fees
A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned items, depending on the condition of the product upon inspection.
This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
4. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of:

If you are responsible for the return shipping costs, we recommend that you use a trackable service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
5. How to request a return

Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
6. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be made to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank or provider.
- Shipping costs (initial or return) are non-refundable.
- Restocking or handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
8. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:
- A clear photo of the item
- Your order number
We will replace or refund your item at no additional cost.
9. Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank — processing times may vary
